In keeping with these principals, Meridian Australia has established an Investor Committee comprising of several independent members whom are each specialists in their chosen field. The investor committee serves as a forum to engage in healthy debate on the fundamental drivers that influence capital growth. This information that is reviewed and analysed at each committee meeting forms a key component of Meridian Australia’s due diligence. This information is of great importance when it comes to identifying property investment opportunities. Subsequently, these insights are passed on to Meridian clientele, allowing them to make an informed decision when it comes to establishing a property portfolio.

Terry is a renowned economist who provides advice to all tiers of government, not for profit organisations and the private sector. He is Australia’s leading thinker on the link between the urban productivity and the macroeconomy and is a regular media commentator on the functioning of our cities and regions. He is a prolific writer, producing regular research papers and contributing to academic debate across a broad range of topic. Terry was co-author to a chapter in the book ‘Australia’s Unintended Cities’ looking at the link between urban structure and productivity. Terry is also the National Leader at SGS for Economic and Social Analysis.

Angie holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and heads BIS Oxford Economics' Residential Research Unit. He previously worked as a research officer in the property consultancy of CB Richard Ellis (Victoria), before beginning his tenure at BIS Oxford Economics in 1996 on assignment to Urban Land Corporation (now Places Victoria), providing an in-house consultancy role.

Brad comes from an insurance and management background and holds a Bachelor degree in Health Science and Services Management. Prior to joining the Meridian team, Brad worked for a Multi national insurer; providing analytical and strategic solutions for large corporations.

Glenn Piper is a licensed real estate agent and the founder and CEO of Meridian Australia. He now holds 40 properties, with a value of approximately $15 million. Glenn helps everyday Australians do what he has, and build a property portfolio of their own. Glenn has now successfully assisted his clients to invest in over $250 million worth of property around Australia.

Don specialises in the analysis of ongoing construction forecasts across Australia. BCI Economics is the division of BCI Media group that provides construction industry-based research and reports across Australia, New Zealand and Asia; committed to delivering accurate and reliable business information on Australian and international economies and construction markets.

Timothy is one of Australia’s leading academics, with research expertise in the areas of; applied Econometrics and Labour Economics as well as Economic Policy and Economic Development. Much of Timothy’s research has been cited and published many journals and research studies over the past 10 years.

Adam is a Partner at Meridian Australia, joining the team in 2011. He is a registered Real Estate Agent in NSW and QLD with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. Adam has personally assisted clients in acquiring in excess of $150m of Australian residential property.

Bethanie is an urban economist with over 7 years’ consulting experience covering a range of major development projects, strategic planning for cities, economic impact assessments, cost benefit analyses and feasibility studies for urban development and tourism projects across the Asia Pacific region. She specialises in economic modelling, forecasting, and spatial analysis.
