John comes from a media background with many years spent with the Australian Radio Network and the Fairfax Radio Network as a Senior Business Development Manager working with a diverse range of clients such as the Dept Of Education, Australian Industry Group, The Society Of Ophthalmic Surgeons.
John is a certified Real Estate Agent. As Business Development Manager with Meridian Australia requires him to build business relationships with professional service providers such as Banks, Mortgage Brokers, Accountants and Financial Planners.
He believes in growing mutually beneficial relationships based on integrity and transparency where the clients best interest always comes first.
John has recently become a Meridian Investor himself and is well on his way to building his own property portfolio.

My wife and I purchased our first investment property through Meridian and have since purchased our second. The first was an existing townhouse valued at $438,000 but Meridian had secured at purchase price $372,000 which meant that we didn't need a deposit. The rental income is $560p/w. The property has since increased in value and we have used some of the equity as a deposit for our second property which has just settled this week and already has tenants in it
